Parents come to me when something at home isn't working.

My child isn't listening. My teenager won't talk to me. We have a relationship — but nothing real, nothing deep. I don't feel meaningful connection with my partner or my child.

We start there. And then we go deeper.

Because what looks like a child's problem is rarely the child's problem. Together we uncover what's actually happening — the blind spots in communication, the exhaustion that makes patience impossible, the gap between what we expect from ourselves and what's humanly possible.

I spent 22 years in high-pressure environments — 8 years in AML/BSA Compliance and Sanctions at Silicon Valley Bank, and years coordinating ship captains and crews in the maritime industry. I know what it costs to perform at that level. I also know what it costs at home.

My clients start to see their situation from a different angle. With more compassion for themselves. With more curiosity about their child — who they actually are, what they actually need.

By the end of our work together they approach their family differently. Less assumptions. More questions. More presence.

They understand what's happening between them and their children, between them and their partners — and they know how to navigate it without blaming anyone. Not the child. Not themselves.

This is not about fixing your child.
It is about understanding what's really going on —
and finding yourself more capable than you thought.
