MY STORY

I spent 22 years watching high performers break from the inside while presenting an astonishingly different story from the outside.

Eight years in AML/BSA Compliance and Sanctions at Silicon Valley Bank, years coordinating ship captains, chief engineers, and crews in the maritime industry — those were the high-pressure environments where performance wasn't optional, it was survival.

I didn't learn about leadership in a classroom. I learned it in rooms where the stakes were real and the margin for error was zero.

I also learned what it costs: the marriages that quietly ended, the kids who grew up with a provider, not a parent, the leaders who burned out so slowly no one noticed until they were gone.

I saw people perform competence at work and collapse at home. I saw the ones who held it together in every meeting — just to fall apart the second they walked through their front door. (Hi, mom!) Yes, I am a daughter of a CEO.

And I saw myself in that pattern. So, I made a choice.

I became a coach, not to help people perform better, but to help them become whole, to be alive — for their children, partners, for themselves.

I created the Legislative Coaching Framework™ because I saw the invisible laws running people's lives:

"Needing help means I'm failing."

"My value is my output."

"If I slow down, I'll be replaced."

These aren't your laws. But you've been sentenced by them.

The framework is simple: we identify the unconscious laws governing your life, your relationships, your team. We audit them. Then we rewrite them according to your current values and goals.

I'm not here to make you a better performer or executor.

I'm here to help you stop performing and start relating — to yourself, to others, to life itself.

From CEO to CREO

Chief Relational Excellence Originator

It's the title you won't find on a business card. The role that changes everything both at home and at work.

When parents come to me confused between who they are in their role and who they are after the role ends, they need a new identity. Not CEO. Not founder. But the person who shows up present, loving, and whole — at work and at home.

That's CREO.

My Interests Beyond Coaching

If we work together, we might also connect on:

• A peaceful future for all — I strongly believe it's possible • Children and conscious parenting • Ocean swimming and SUP • Dolphins and whales • Hiking, talking to animals, and hugging trees • Ridgebacks and Bengals • Pacific Grove, CA • Human Design and self-exploration • Deep conversations with strangers • Travel • AI optimism — if this tech is in the right hands (I want to see an AI simulation of a matriarchal society and visit a peaceful virtual world for several days) • Random problem solving and idea generation • Cooking the best vegetarian borscht in the neighborhood

We're whole people. Not just our work.
